I ate more than I intended today (surprise surprise), but it was mostly negative-cal foods. The majority of what I ate: Fuji apples (the only kind I eat. I only like Fuji! haha), grapes, a granola bar that had 9 g of fiber (amazing), and other things I am embarrassed to write down. But thankfully, it's already all passed through my body. I refuse to eat anything without a lot of fiber in it. So even if I do binge, it doesn't sit around inside too long....
I am in need of severe motivation. I can already feel the pooch extending out between my hip bones. My ribs stick out but my hip bones are starting to disappear. This is absolutely not okay. Maybe when I lose more weight and I look sort of presentable I'll put some pics up. As for now, I am feeling like an absolute fat-ass. My mom also conveniently threw out our scale two weeks ago, so I still do not know how much I weigh, and I feel disgusting.
