15. One More Week!

Sorry about not posting in so long... so much crap has happened in the past week, but it would take forever to post everything. One more week until spring break though! I'm very very excited. I will be able to work out more, and take the week off to rejuvenate myself - I want to return to school with a new body. Okay, maybe not completely new, just a lot more toned. One week to do it.

Today:
Breakfast (hmmm. I wonder if I can fast from Good Friday - Easter Sunday by making a religious excuse...) - Naturally nonfat blueberry Greek yogurt (Chobani is delicious!) - 140
Lunch - One small 99% fat-free chicken breast that I lightly grilled in extra light olive oil and rosemary + one rye Arnold Select sandwich thin + some romaine lettuce (130+100+10? maybe not even) = approximately 150 (rounding up so it's safer)
Snack - One medium banana - 100 + one Fuji apple - 80
(I'm trying my hardest to cut out snacks completely and only eat 3 meals a day. Perhaps 2).

So as of now, I am at 480. Not bad.
I know that number probably seems ginormous to some of you other ladies, but my daily goal is just to keep my total under 1000 each day. And I still lose weight and get toned if I work out every day, so I guess it's not so evil to consume so much. - sigh -

Every Saturday I go to music school, and there are only 4 more weeks left for this school year. There are so many girls there who are so damn thin, tall, and beautiful, and on top of that, exceptionally musical. It's a blow to my self esteem every Saturday, but it's also very inspiring.

When a girl who performs is really musical and very talented, and I can see her thin, toned arms and collar bones, I think it's so beautiful. Haha I probably sound weird.

Anyway, to make up for being M.I.A., here's some thinspo~

Stay strong~
