16. Spring Break

So I have finally been on spring break for a few days. It's been so relaxing to get a break from school, but it's hardly the rejuvenating spring break I was hoping for. Instead, my family decided to invite a plethora of cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. for an Easter gathering. So they are here to stay for quite some time. And I barely have any alone time, or time to think, and I'm forced to eat stuff. Ah, oh well. Life's never fair. It will make my weight loss even sweeter when they're all gone though, I suppose.

Got my photos back from my recital, and everyone's commenting on how I should model because I am so thin and beautiful, yadda yadda. Yeah, right. If that were true, I wouldn't see all of the fat in the mirror. People irk me sometimes.

Oh, is anyone else here observing Easter? I am - I always do. I'm religious, so obviously I am reserving, haha. But yeah. This year is my first Good Friday with an ed. It makes me feel guilty because it's like I have a different reason for fasting - not just for the suffering. But I guess fasting is fasting when it comes down to it. I will just feel better about myself when I fast this year. Hmmm..

Here's some thinspo for you all~ You'll notice much of it is summer-y. I'm starting to get really paranoid about how I will look in a bikini. Lots of motivation.... Stay strong. <3

The family gatherings are always rough.
But I always use them to my advantage to prove to them there isn't a problem. I use this oppertunity for them to witness copious amounts of food intake hehe. Then I just work harder the following week :o)

Although an EXTREMELY bad catholic I do pay attention to the Holy Days.

I'm also observing Passover on Thursday :) I'm having chicken soup, some Charoset, some cabbage or spinach and some fish. And I'm totally watching the 10 Commandments!

Good Friday I am doing a liquid fast until night fall, and plan a small meal for me and my BF.

I also have Easter dinner all planned out already :) Lamb, asparagus, tomato/avocado salad and some mini anglefood cake things with fruit and FF whip cream.

I won't be going to church, but I will be reading the stories from the Bible and enjoying the amazing weather. :D

& on a totally different note! OH NO - SWIMSUITS. I was at target today and they're like the 1st thing you see when you walk in. It was like a wall of them. I have to loose like 20lbs by June in order to wear one >:| silly sun!

also I stole loads of the thinspo :DD

Family and holidays can really mess up our diets, but Daisy has a good point. It's good to make the best of things.

I'm away at school, so holidays don't seem to mean as much without my family. Normally I would celebrate Easter. I hope yours is great and you find some time for yourself and relaxing.

oh man thanx for the thinspo ive been needing some good stuff lately and its exactly the medicine i need =P

and i just decided i have another reason for fasting!
my family isnt very religious but im kind of religious so i geuss thats my new excuse!
god i feel so guilty all of a sudden for using god and religion as an excuse.
