14. Just Another Tuesday...

Today was relatively.. blah. Nothing special. I was backed up for a little bit, but had 2 dried prunes, and I feel emptier now. Tried to stick to mostly negative cals today - 1 Arnold Whole Grain Sandwich Thin (5 g of fiber each, and 100 cals. It's cut in half, so it's like having two slices of bread), 1 high fiber oatmeal bar (high cal (200), but 16 g fiber each…) and an assortment of the following: romaine lettuce, carrots, Fuji apple, Asian pear, blueberries, red grapes, cabbage. And I semi-binged on a pastry. :( It was filled with red bean paste though – not as evil as say, chocolate or cream. Thankfully I managed to stop myself after half of one. I bought five because they smelled delicious, had half of one, and was like, what the hell are you doing?! And managed to stop. I gave them to my dad instead, and he enjoyed them with his coffee. Damn men. They have the best metabolisms in the world… Today’s total was most likely fairly high. I don’t even want to add it up. It will most likely sadden me.
S is going to Florida with his orchestra until Sunday for a festival (if you don’t know who S is – look at the last post please). I’m kind of glad, because it will give me more time to figure out my feelings before I act rashly or do something stupid. Also, I know there are some very thin females in that orchestra and on their down time the orchestra will be hitting the beaches in Florida. So that gives me incentive to lose weight by the time S gets back.

I have to agree with Savory. It's awesome when you can stop yourself in the middle of a binge; I think that is definitely a sign of strength. Boys are such great forms of motivation!
